When you buy from LiveLowCarb.com we want you to be happy with your purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, all our sales are final. Please ensure that your order is complete and in good conditions once received and before signing off the package.

All our items are handpicked and go through a quality checkpoint before packing and shipping. We ensure high quality and freshness upon delivery. However in some cases if the products are damaged or wrong products on delivery; you are entitle to reject the package and return it with the same courier representatives, and you will be able to pick from the following options:

1. You can get the item replaced without any additional delivery charges.

2. You can get the refund of the damaged products;

3. If you paid by credit card the amount will be credited to the same within 1 week after receiving back the rejected products in our store.

How does my order get packed?

 LiveLowCar.com will perfectly pack your products in sealed carton boxes to protect your products while shipping.

How will the delivery be done?

 LiveLowCarb.com has  partner with ARAMEX, one of the leading courier companies in the region, to deliver your products as fast and efficient as possible.

Disclaimer:- LiveLowCarb.com in partnership with ARAMEX will only be delivered to the physical address mentioned in the receipt, or ARAMEX will contact you to agree on delivery address prior to delivery. 


How do I track a delivery?

 You will be notified once the package has left our store, with a ARAMEX tracking number; you will be able to track your shipment through www.aramex.com

The following list details locations within the UAE that are classified as "Out of Delivery" areas wherein a hand delivery cannot be effected.

Non Delivery Areas in Abu Dhabi vicinity:

Mussafah, GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Co), Airport Terminal 1, After airport site office, Al Bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khazna, Al Raja, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila, Al Watba, Areas starting with telephone number 51******, Bainoona, Baniyas, Beda Zayed, Buhasa, Ghayati, Habshan, Jabel Dhana, Journ Ya Four, Liwa, Madinat Zayed City, Mafraq, Mirfa, Mohd Bin Zayed City, Ruwais, Sahamah, Sila, Suwehan, Tarif, Taweelah, Yahar, Asab, Yas Island, Gandoot, Sir Baniyas, Guwaifath, Das Island, Musaffah-ICAD city 2, Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakeher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp), And islands that come under Abu Dhabi Jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas. 

As an Alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the ARAMEX Abu Dhabi office for the consignee's collection. You will be contacted by ARAMEX.

Non Delivery areas in Al Ain/Ajman/Umma Al Quwain/ Fujairah/Ras Al Khaima vicinity:

Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp), Adan, Al Jeer, Shamm, Khath, Burairath, Siji Al Hail (Crushers/dusan site), SHahama Residential area (Dhaid).

How do I pay?

You can pay by Credit Card, PayPal and by Cash on delivery. For those who prefer Cash on Delivery, you will be able to pay directly at your door to our partner courier (ARAMEX) representative, please note that additional costs may apply for this service, depending on the region.
